Chef Pant’s culinary journey includes years of hands-on experience in Japan and Canada, working in ramen kitchens, restaurant management, and food preparation. His experience at respected ramen restaurants in Tokyo and British Columbia inspired the vision behind NISU — a restaurant focused on quality, comfort, and hospitality.

Every bowl of ramen is carefully prepared using rich broths, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors. Alongside ramen, our menu features rice bowls, fried rice, chow mein, appetizers, seafood dishes, and vegetarian options designed to satisfy every guest.
